Account and data deletion requests

To request deletion of your WibeChat account and associated information, email info@zartek.in from your registered email address with the subject WibeChat account deletion.

Include the email address of the account and whether you are requesting deletion of the whole account or particular information. Do not send passwords or API keys. Support may verify ownership before acting on a request.

What the request covers

Your request can cover account profile details, messages and uploads, notification registrations and call-related records associated with the account. Tell support if you wish to delete specific information while retaining your account.

Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete server-stored information. Deletion is a support-handled request, not an automatic action on this page. Some records may need to remain for legal obligations, security or disputes; recipients may retain copies of content already shared. See the privacy policy for data categories and handling.
