Email info@zartek.in or call +91 77220 47027. Include WibeChat, your app version, device model and a description of the issue. Never include passwords, API keys or private messages from other people.

Calling help

Check microphone and camera permissions in your device settings, allow notifications for incoming calls, and use a stable network connection. In WibeChat Settings, choose Auto video quality if your connection is unreliable.

Report abuse or a safety concern

Email support with the relevant account or conversation identifier and a description. Avoid forwarding sensitive content unless it is necessary to explain your report. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
